To support smoother entry, VIP tickets are divided into two queue groups:

Lucky Draw Access

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who violate event rules.
Safety & Accessibility
The organizer will maintain event safety procedures throughout the event. All visitors may be required to follow security checks and staff instructions.
The venue is accessible for visitors who require mobility support.

Lost, damaged, or unused tickets will not be reissued or refunded.

Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
